Appellon is continuously evolving. And growing the business meant facing a range of challenges that demand different solutions.
Appellon asked us to help, and we kicked off the project with three main objectives:
– transitioning from a B2B model to SaaS model
– entering the attractive US market
– Boosting lead generation
The solution
Instead of putting all eggs in one basket, we built a process for rapid experimentation with marketing strategies and tools. First, we designed the customer development model that had
